The trainer, Shaun T, was in his own words overweight before he tried developing a program that can tone the abs without the crunches and sit ups. There are 4 routines contained in the DVD set for Hip Hop Abs, and each routine is different from the other. ![]() There are routines that last about 20 minutes, while there are some that last longer. ![]() First, users will get the introductory video where Shaun T explains his “tilt, tuck, tighten” method and what you can expect from joining the workout. The second routine focuses on cardio routines that are designed to burn fat away from the abs and other areas, while the third features Shaun T teaching his ab sculpting techniques so users can achieve the washboard ab effect without doing any sit ups or crunches.
